Overview

Growth Strategy & Operations, Specialist — Full Time | Hybrid — Aguascalientes, MX. Benchmark Gensuite invites you to join a team focused on cross-functional digital transformation in EHS, Sustainability, and ESG Disclosure Reporting. This role supports customers across the business community to empower informed decision-making, improve employee safety, and lessen environmental impact while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. Benchmark Gensuite develops unified EHS, Sustainability, and ESG software solutions to enable performance excellence and help organizations achieve their ESG goals through innovative technologies like AI, ML, and IoT.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs, including monthly sales analysis, conversion rates, and overall regional performance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for metrics and data analysis/reporting on a global scale
  • Apply analytical skills to identify and evaluate value-add generation initiatives
  • Collaborate on special analytical projects focused on sales funnel optimization
  • Extract and analyze data from external CRM sources (e.g., HubSpot) and internal tools
  • Translate business requirements into analytics, identify new KPIs, and enhance existing reports
  • Maintain and upgrade existing measures and analysis methodologies
  • Create visually appealing and informative presentations for key business activities and stakeholders
  • Apply advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and analytics
  • Demonstrate goal-oriented mindset and effective teamwork capabilities
  • Ability to see the big picture and identify actionable business insights
Education

Bachelor\'s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Administration & Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

Qualifications
  • 2 to 3 years of proven experience in quantitative analysis, preferably in a business or sales analytics role
  • Proficient English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience with CRM tools — HubSpot and/or Sales CRMs is a must
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Proficiency in data extraction and analysis from CRM systems and other relevant databases
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, data modeling, and advanced formulas
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas and insights
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
