Job Description

  • Manage account relationships.
  • Create and manage daily customer orders.
  • Negotiate equipment substitutions and pricing.
  • Complete order entry, order maintenance, and management of the order delivery process.
  • Troubleshoot and manage post-delivery issues, such as returns or damaged arrivals.
  • Facilitate warranty or technical support issues and concerns.
  • Prioritize projects and communicate pricing updates, coordinating these responsibilities with Manufacturer Rep Managers.
  • Update CRM to reflect quote status and coordinate with 3rd party vendors for order processing and delivery.
  • Manage the order credit approval process by facilitating credit documents between customer and credit team to avoid delays and past due orders.
  • Prepare and manage submittals and orders accurately, reducing manual overrides and allowances.
  • Coordinate and manage orders within guidelines for residential districts.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5 years related experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective listening skills.
  • Ability to learn and understand technical terminology.
  • Ability to organize multiple projects.
  • Detailed knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and a variety of other applications.
  • Leadership ability.
  • Adaptability.
