This role involves managing the global mobility lifecycle, coordinating immigration and relocation activities, and ensuring compliance with policies. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in HR, including 5 years in Global Mobility roles. Strong knowledge of relevant processes and fluent English and Spanish are required. The position is based in Chihuahua, Mexico and offers a dynamic corporate environment.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
• 5+ years of experience in Global Mobility roles.
• Experience in multinational environments, preferably in energy sector.

Responsabilidades

• Manage global mobility lifecycle including pre-assignment, on-assignment, and repatriation.
• Coordinate immigration, tax, social security and relocation activities.
• Act as key contact for mobile employees during assignments.

We are looking for a Senior Mobility Specialist to join the Human Resources team of a leading international company within the energy sector. This role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced HR professionals with a strong background in global mobility and expatriation processes, working within a dynamic and international corporate environment.

Function description

The Senior Mobility Specialist will be part of the Human Resources team and will be responsible for the end‑to‑end management of global mobility and expatriation programs related to Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full global mobility lifecycle, including pre‑assignment, on‑assignment and repatriation processes.
• Coordinate immigration, tax, social security and relocation activities in collaboration with external service providers.
• Act as a key point of contact for mobile employees, providing guidance and support throughout international assignments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local legislation and global mobility guidelines.
• Coordinate cross‑border transfers and international assignments planning.
• Maintain accurate mobility‑related data, reporting and documentation.
>Support continuous improvement initiatives related to global mobility policies and procedures.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure a smooth and compliant mobility experience.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

Experience

• More than 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in Global Mobility roles.
• Experience working in multinational environments, preferably within the energy, industrial or similar sectors.

Skills & Competencies

• Solid knowledge of global mobility processes, including immigration, taxation, social security and relocation logistics.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse and international stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive, results‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
