The role requires familiarity with the Maquiladora scheme, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and fluency in both Spanish and English. Formación

• Having already participated in an ERP implementation or a Plant startup will be definitely appreciated.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Plant Controller role in a multinational company
• Familiar with Maquiladora scheme organization in Mexico
• Strong attention to details and analytic skills, ability to work with high degree of accuracy.
• Excellent ability to synthetize the details into the “global picture”.
• Proven problem-solving skills, hands-on, and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership to work with people at all levels within and outside Dana in a professional manner and the ability to work in a team and matrix environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency using Microsoft Office applications; SAP and Hyperion experience preferred.
• Having already participated to an ERP implementation or a Plant start up will be definitely appreciated
• Bachelor degree in Business - Accounting or Finance
• Spanish and English fluent are both mandatory
