We are seeking a skilled and driven Media Manager to lead the execution and performance of media campaigns across Amazon, Mercado Libre, and other marketplaces.

This role requires deep experience in managing high-performing, data-driven campaigns, and the ability to translate client goals into actionable strategies.

What You'll Do
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors for all marketplace media efforts.
  • Lead daily client communications to ensure alignment on campaign goals, performance, and optimizations.
  • Develop and implement strategic media roadmaps, including test plans and risk / benefit analyses.
  • Translate client objectives into marketplace media strategies and tactical execution plans.
  • Use data-driven insights and problem-solving skills to continually optimize campaign performance.
  • Manage and mentor marketplace specialists, setting clear goals, timelines, and development plans.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster growth and accountability.
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads or other marketplace media campaigns.
  • Experience with Mercado Libre advertising tools and LATAM eCommerce is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, coach junior staff, and drive results through others.
  • Advanced data analysis and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, charts; macros a plus) and familiarity with media platforms like PacVue, Sellics, Teikametrics, or Perpetua.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote, global environment.
