A growing tech company is looking for a Marketing Specialist to spearhead their expansion into the Mexican market. You'll manage paid traffic campaigns aimed at increasing Free Tier signups and optimize the conversion funnel with full autonomy. Ideal candidates will have over 3 years of experience in digital marketing specifically tailored to the Mexican region, along with fluency in both Spanish and English. The job offers a hybrid work model and competitive benefits.
As a Marketing Specialist you'll play a critical role in launching edrone in one of the most strategic regions for our LATAM growth - Mexico. You'll help shape our go-to-market approach from scratch, test bold ideas, and transform performance data into real traction. If you like moving fast, experimenting with intent, and building something that didn't exist before - this role might be for you.
You will lead acquisition for the Mexican market, owning paid campaigns, tracking, and CRO to ensure our Free Tier reaches the right audience at the right moment. You will have full autonomy over performance strategy, tools, and experiments, with clear accountability for results. As part of a data-driven team, your decisions will be grounded in insights and your work will directly shape our long-term growth in this market.
You will be reporting directly to Cristiano Mendes, CCO LATAM.

Work on a product already used by 2,500+ eCommerce brands across Brazil and Poland.
A contract of B2B or FTE, depending on your preferences
A hybrid work schedule, with 2-3 days per week expected at our office in the Santa Fe area (CDMX).

Plan, execute and optimize paid traffic campaigns (Google Search / Display, Meta Ads, LinkedIn) focused on Free Tier signups and app installs via e-commerce marketplaces.
Lead A / B Testing on the homepage, landing pages, and sign-up flow to improve conversion rates.
Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across all channels (Pixel, GA4, GTM) to optimize the entire funnel.
3+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid advertising budgets and optimizing conversion funnels (CRO).
Volume of Signups: total number of Free Tier registrations.
Cost Per Lead (CPL): cost to generate one signup.
Conversion Rate (CVR): % of visitors who become free users.
