Your Role
  • Implement global e-Commerce strategy, including product/assortment, price, promotion, and media, considering local specifics.
  • Align strategy implementation with all relevant stakeholders (global e-Commerce; local Sales and Marketing).
  • Set up business models with pure players, including annual contract and terms negotiation.
  • Consult and develop omnichannel retailers / ROPO.
  • Develop touchpoint strategies to improve consumer KPIs and provide marketing consultation.
  • Analyze market and consumer data to identify insights and leverage these for strategic and tactical e-Commerce initiatives. Support building e-Commerce expertise within Henkel to exploit new online potentials.
  • Understand and leverage the site capabilities and functionalities of pure-play customers to optimize activation plans.
  • Develop and maintain tracking reports for EPOS, e-Commerce concentration, market shares, key financial metrics, competitor activity, etc.
  • Produce and update monthly forecasts of volume and spend by SKU for all pure-play accounts.
  • Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) with key accounts to achieve business growth and internal stretch targets.
  • Coach and develop direct reports.
  • Monitor and optimize DAP for pure players through assortment, promotion, and media optimization.
  • Adapt brand strategies to local markets (tropicalization).
  • Manage budgets effectively.
  • Contribute to brand strategy development.
