We are looking for a technically inclined digital marketer to assist UGURUS in helping 10k digital agencies achieve freedom in their business and life.

Reporting to Jo Williams, the Marketing Assistant will assist in daily marketing activities across multiple platforms, systems, and channels.

This is an incredible opportunity to get multi-system experience working on a small team with a growth mindset.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Daily calendar updates based on appointments
• Record reading and translation in Infusionsoft
• Communication with Marketing Lead and sales team regarding appointment statuses
• Source tracking to inform marketing decisions
• Path tracking to inform lead gen and nurture efforts
• Maintain existing nurture sequences
• Webinar invite & registration campaigns across multiple systems
• 2x weekly newsletter campaigns (copy provided)
• Create social media content
• Very active, high-performing private group
• Facebook
• LinkedIn
• Instagram
• Actively follow up on messages, comments, etc.
• Release weekly podcast episodes
• Release episodes weekly on SoundCloud
• Create episode release page on WordPress site using Beaver Builder
• Optimize for SEO based on a predetermined SEO plan

The salary range for this position is based on relevant years of experience and skills.
