Key Responsibilities
Marketing, Social Media & Content Creation
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Develop and manage the social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Create, produce, and edit high-quality content including reels, videos, graphics, and brand storytelling pieces.
- Schedule and publish content aligned with the brand aesthetic and approved direction from the Director of Marketing & PR.
- Engage with the community and share valuable insights with leadership.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare improvement-focused reports.
- Collaborate with sales, design, production, and the Director of Marketing & PR on integrated campaigns.
- Support and manage digital advertising campaigns.
Public Relations & Brand Visibility
- Build and maintain relationships with hotels, planners, venues, media, and key partners.
- Coordinate press features, brand collaborations, and participation in industry events.
- Draft press releases, brand statements, and media communications with prior alignment from the Director of Marketing & PR.
- Identify PR opportunities for leadership (interviews, features, panels).
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, influencers, and content creators.
- Maintain media libraries and press kits.
Brand, Market, and Project Support
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints following the guidelines set by the Director of Marketing & PR.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring.
- Support creation of marketing decks, media kits, launch campaigns, and special projects.
- Coordinate external vendors, agencies, or partners when needed.
- Manage the marketing and PR budget efficiently.

Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related fields.
- 2–4 years of marketing or social media experience.
- Proven content creation experience (video, photography, editing).
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and CRM tools.
- Basic design skills (Canva or similar).
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
- Intermediate to advanced English (preferred).
