A leading heavy machinery company is looking for a dynamic Marketing and Sales Consultant to enhance dealer performance and customer experience. In this role, you will lead operational excellence programs and strategies to improve dealer effectiveness. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, plus 3-5 years of field experience. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential for consulting with dealers. This position may require up to 30% domestic and international travel.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Americas Distribution, Service and Marketing Division as a Marketing and sales consultant.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure dealers deliver on the best
  • Customer Experience
  • by focusing on continuous improvement of the following areas such :
  • Lead Marketing and Sales Operational Excellence Programs, ensure deployment, develop improvement action plans, set targets, and lead governance.
  • Dealer performance in traditional and digital marketing, as well as sales operations
  • Advising on existing and potential customer experience gaps and recommending ways to improve experience through technology, etc
  • Ensure dealers have a strong customer management process in place, enabling clean data for Cat and Dealer to leverage
  • Consulting with dealers on process improvement methods and assisting with process evaluation
  • In addition, enable
  • Services Revenue
  • growth by focusing on the following key areas :
  • Ensure dealers have a robust PSE Funnel management process in place
  • Improve Dealer Coverage by completing coverage assessments and leveraging multiple sales channels, ensuring opportunity is assigned!
  • Lead quarterly dealer business reviews / leadership table meetings and governance of follow up items with dealer executive team.
  • Developing strategies and plans to improve dealer effectiveness and identifying potential opportunities to increase sales.
  • Lastly, lead key
  • Caterpillar strategic
  • initiatives such as :
  • Machine Sales Participation, ensuring dealers are correctly reporting sales activities and actively improving deal participation
  • Deploy Retail Transformation on key dealer branches, transforming the way dealers do business with retail customers
  • Grow E-Commerce revenue and customers by ensuring dealers have a strong go to market plan
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing / Marketing Communications or Engineering
  • 3-5 years of previous work experience within a field environment for an organization
  • The ability to work independently most of the time
  • This role is dealer / client facing and requires strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to work on increasingly more complex assignments and provide direction to lower-level representatives on various project assignments
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
