About this Position The Continuous Improvement Specialist will be responsible for identifying, leading, and executing continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics area, with the objective of optimizing processes, reducing costs, improving customer service levels, and strengthening interdepartmental collaboration. This role is key to driving operational efficiency and service excellence, aligning with the company’s strategic objectives.
What you´ll do
- Head of Logistics Network Development Main Responsibilities
- Analyze and propose improvements to logistics processes, from reception to final delivery.
- Evaluate customer service levels and propose corrective actions to enhance the experience.
- Control and analyze logistics costs, identifying opportunities for savings and efficiency.
- Design and implement performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of improvements.
- Prepare executive reports and presentations for senior management using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Conduct analysis of logistics projects, evaluating their feasibility, impact, and results.
- Handle large volumes of numerical data to generate insights and make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Service, Finance) to ensure effective implementation of initiatives.
- Participate in regional continuous improvement projects, sharing best practices and learnings.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in service, logistics, or manufacturing industries
- Proven experience leading continuous improvement projects, process analysis, and performance indicator management
- Advanced Excel skills (databases, pivot tables, and complex formulas)
- Advanced knowledge of SAP for logistics data analysis and management
- Strong PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentations
- Ability to work with numerical data and perform accurate quantitative analysis
- Advanced English proficiency
- Analytical thinking, results-oriented mindset, teamwork, effective communication, customer focus, and strong planning skills
- Proficiency in customer-oriented systems, ability to execute logistics flows, and desirable knowledge of automation tools, data analysis, or artificial intelligence
