Una empresa de logística internacional en Toluca, México, busca un Representante de Ventas para vender productos y servicios a clientes existentes y no existentes, alcanzando objetivos de ventas. Se requiere un título universitario y dos años de experiencia en ventas. Los candidatos deben ser autodisciplinados, tener excelentes habilidades de comunicación en inglés y ser capaces de coordinar actividades de resolución de problemas. Se ofrece un ambiente dinámico y la posibilidad de recibir comisiones por ventas.
Involves representing the organisation to our current and potential customers in face to face interactions via the Sales process.
These positions are required to achieve Sales targets and are eligible to receive related commission.
Sell all FEC products and services to an existing customer base in a defined geographic territory with revenue generating responsibility as defined by FEC management, resulting in net incremental revenue.
Sell all FEC products and services to non‑FEC customers within a defined geographic area; utilizes all available sales tactics to continually add new customers in a revenue band defined by FEC management.
Develops and implements a lead generation process which utilizes all FEC resources ( Couriers, station employees, etc.. ) to ensure a steady flow of quality leads that results in incremental revenue.
Develops and implements a sales work plan and schedule that ensures minimum attainment of all required sales activities to include sales calls, service calls, proposal presentation, trips, as well as any other sales activities defined by FEC management.
Develops and maintains a territory intelligence systems that records, stores, and reports all sales activities, account information, marketplace and industry information, competitive information as well as any other information deemed necessary by FEC management.
Handles and/or coordinates with station employees all customer problem resolution activities and ensures timely follow‑up.
Gathers, prepares and submits all sales‑related reports to Sales Manager.
May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree / Equivalent.
Proficiency in English (600 TOEIC points).
Two (2) years professional, commercial, or industrial sales experience.
