Overview

What you’ll do

Projects Phase-in

• Keeps central overview of HCB EU project pipeline & instruct/guide SC Planners
• Steers E2E Steering projects implementation tasks including cross-functional tracking (milestones closed on time)
• Distributes relevant project information to cross-SCP teams, ensuring stakeholders are always up to date
• Escalates if phase-in is at risk due to pending milestones in other departments or data quality issues
• Manages process training and continuous improvement in area of expertise

Projects Phase-out

• Identifies obsolete materials by project and tracks forward-looking cost impact
• Creates country cost split allocation
• Monitors and escalates missing decisions on PIPO milestones (Obsoletes Decision, target dates, planning)
• Secures cross-charge and invoicing process

Project Coordinator

• Specific project coordinator responsibilities
• Measures project performance using appropriate systems
• Reports and escalates to management as needed
• Performs risk management to minimize project risks
• Maintains strong attention to deadlines and guidelines
• Excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks
• Leads Global Supply Reviews, contributing to the creation and implementation of a supply strategy
• Reviews mid- and long-term supply and demand (1-5 years) to meet market demands and identify optimization opportunities
• Studies the supply network to identify constraints & under-utilizations, proposes expansion needs, product localization & transfers
• Supports global FG shortages
• Supports creation and development of supporting tools
