Location: Arkansas

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking an Arkansas-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families. This role includes conducting sessions, developing treatment plans, documenting care, and maintaining consistency across therapeutic services. The focus is effective delivery of family-based treatment in a remote setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide telehealth therapy to individuals and family systems
  • Develop and update treatment plans
  • Document sessions accurately and promptly
  • Review treatment progress for effectiveness
  • Participate in clinical discussions as needed
  • Comply with Arkansas LMFT regulations
  • Active Arkansas LMFT license
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
  • Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience
  • Experience delivering virtual therapy
  • Ability to manage a full caseload independently
  • 2 weeks paid time off
