We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team, who are dedicated to international legal affairs in the realm of gambling industry.

Responsibilities

• Legal support for international gambling projects.
• Comprehensive analysis of international legislation in the field of gambling business, ensuring company compliance with all requirements and regulations.
• Participation in licensing and regulation : cooperation with regulators and licensing authorities of various countries, preparation and submission of necessary documents for obtaining and maintaining licenses.
• Opening companies in foreign jurisdictions : organization and support of the process of opening subsidiaries and representative offices.
• Obtaining regulatory documents : responsibility for obtaining all necessary regulatory documents and licenses.
• Creation, proofreading, and analysis of contracts : development, editing, and analysis of international contracts.
• Opening and maintenance of bank accounts in foreign banks.
• Legal analysis of markets / countries / regions.
• Negotiating with counterparts and representatives of foreign companies in English.
• Interacting with legal firms in foreign jurisdictions.
• Passing checks (due diligence / KYC / AML).
• Assessment and management of legal risks : conducting legal risk assessments, developing strategies to mitigate and optimize them.

Our Expectations

• Higher legal education.
• Experience in gambling business and international legal practice for at least 3 years.
• Deep knowledge of international legislation in the field of gambling.
• Experience in licensing and interaction with regulators.
• Analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of licensing and regulation processes in the gambling sphere, experience in interacting with regulators, and successful license acquisition.
• Experience in creating, proofreading, and analyzing international contracts, as well as the ability to amend existing agreements.
• Ability to conduct analysis of international legislation, identify potential risks and advantages for the company.
• Proficiency in English sufficient for legal matters.
• Experience in establishing and maintaining partnership relations with legal firms in foreign jurisdictions.

Preferred

• Knowledge of Spanish language.
