A leading logistics company based in Hermosillo is seeking a Learning Coordinator to manage training programs and support the development of Associates. The role requires oversight of training for quality, safety, and productivity goals, in alignment with company objectives. Applicants should have a bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with preferred qualifications including leadership experience and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Amazon is focused on ensuring its associates can work in a safe, quality focused environment. Our learning teams are responsible for delivering and providing high quality safety compliance, process and onboarding training to ensure that our associates are set up for success. The learning coordinator is a member of the leadership team within Amazon Logistics area and is focused on managing the learning needs of all employees. They must have the ability and initiative to understand the business needs, analyze issues and influence solutions/outcomes. Developing our people is at the heart of what we do and is needed now more than ever as we are experiencing rapid growth and we plan to keep on growing.
As part of Amazon Customer Excellence Systems (ACES/Learning) team, we work to continually improve the Amazon Logistics experience. We look after high-impact initiatives and help to develop, roll out and look after a range of logistics-focused projects. Recent examples include launching and expanding micro-mobility delivery (via e-cargo bike or on foot) across Europe, and electric vehicle delivery. Using data-driven tools, we\'re able to see how we can make processes better and more efficient, or how we can reduce waste across the business.
Our team supports field operations to launch new programmes and technology-based solutions across Europe, helping them meet customer demand and drive customer-focused innovation. We\'re also responsible for raising the bar for our learning teams and making the onboarding experience for Associates, Delivery Partners and Managers as engaging as possible.
There are lots of different opportunities within the ACES/Learning team, so we welcome people with a broad range of skillsets. We work across a network of 200+ delivery stations to make sure everything from onboarding to delivery methods are as effective as possible. At its core, we work to make Amazon a safe, enjoyable place for our people and ensure on-time deliveries, always.
At Amazon we embrace our differences and we are committed to furthering our culture of inclusion. We host annual and ongoing learning experiences. Amazon\'s culture of inclusion is reinforced within our 14 Leadership Principles, which remind team members to seek diverse perspectives, learn and be curious, and earn trust.
