The role involves managing the complete product development life cycle, supporting project management responsibilities, and collaborating closely with customer teams to ensure alignment with product specifications. The ideal candidate has over 6 years of experience in product development, specifically with connectors, and holds at least a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Strong knowledge of engineering tools and independent work capability are essential.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in new product development.
• Experience with connector design preferred.
• Knowledge of power safety standards is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the complete product development life cycle.
• Work closely with customers to gather voice of customer (VOC).
• Follow LEANPD Project Process.
