A major logistics provider in Mexico City seeks an experienced Automation Engineer to lead the automation strategy for the delivery station network. This role requires ownership of automation pilots, collaboration with internal teams for documentation, and support of service and maintenance concepts. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, 7+ years of project management experience, and fluency in English and Spanish. This position involves domestic and occasional international travel.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 7+ years of experience managing multiple large projects.
• Experience with CAD software like AutoCAD, REVIT, or BIM 360 is necessary.
• Familiarity with automated material handling equipment and high-speed manufacturing.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (C1+ level) is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Own automation strategy for MX last mile operations.
• Identify process paths to automate based on various factors.
• Lead MHE automation pilots by measuring success criteria.
• Collaborate to provide technical documentation for new automation systems.
• Support development and implementation of Service and Maintenance concepts.
