A leading medical technology firm in Mexicali is seeking a Continuous Improvement professional to drive operational excellence. You'll analyze data, develop improvement plans, and foster a continuous improvement culture. Candidates should possess significant experience in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, ideally within the medical sector. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, and a background in Engineering or Business is preferred.

Formación

• At least 3 years of experience as a Continuous Improvement and OPEX professional.
• At least 3 years of experience implementing Lean/Six Sigma principles.
• Experience in the Medical industry is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze data and trends of the entire Value Stream.
• Create and implement a future state map using lean techniques.
• Execute continuous improvement tasks within Value Stream.
