• 8+ years of experience building production backend systems with hands-on coding.
• Strong experience in .NET (C#) and/or Java.
• Demonstrated success in improving performance and reliability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead backend architecture and implementation across products.
• Own backend changes including API design and performance tuning.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews and design guidance.
