This on-site role involves leading the organization, defining strategic goals, and managing sales processes. Candidates should possess 20+ years in the healthcare sector and 10+ years as a General Manager in Latin America, along with fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English. Formación

• 20+ years of experience in Health Care, Medical Devices, or Diagnostics segments.
• 10+ years of experience in a General Manager role in Latin America.
• Ability to travel 25–50% within Latin America.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the organization and define strategic goals.
• Develop talent and prepare succession for critical roles.
• Own the overall sales process within assigned countries.
• Build a strategic YOY business plan for the territory.
• Deploy sales, marketing, services, and operations campaigns.
