Purpose and leadership context: The KYB Specialist reviews new and existing customers’ profiles and risk attitudes, acting as the gatekeeper and auditor of accounts opening processes to ensure compliance and proper configuration according to risk profiles. This role also provides best-in-customer support to keep user data updated and ready to use.

Responsibilities

• Your Purpose: review new and existing customer profiles and risk attitudes; act as gatekeeper and auditor of accounts opening processes; ensure compliance and proper account enablement/configuration according to risk profiles; provide best-in-customer support to keep data updated and ready to use.
• What You Will Do: conduct onboarding and ongoing customer due diligence; review and validate user documentation for individual and institutional users; validate onboarding documentation in accordance with Compliance and Fraud Policies; resolve customer issues raised through support tickets; assess KYB Profile components including general information, documentation, screenings, and UBOs; identify and escalate AML and Fraud risk components; collaborate with Product owners to drive improvements in the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Proven English fluency.
• Experience conducting KYB reviews for institutional/individual clients, managing the client journey from application submission to documentation review and approval.
• Experience in customer support or account executive roles.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and consistently meets deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in identifying AML risks and applying KYB policy concepts during onboarding.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills for assessing documents and detecting potential red flags.
• Basic understanding of legal procedures, contracts, and business structures relevant to KYB due diligence.
• Customer-centric approach during due diligence investigations and service delivery.
