A leading sleep solutions provider in Mexico City is seeking an Inventory Manager to oversee the production and inventory processes. The ideal candidate will manage stock levels, provide inventory projections, and work closely with production and demand teams. Applicants should have 1-3 years of experience in demand forecasting and excellent English skills. Formación

Who we’re looking for:

  • Responsible of managing the whole inventory and production process of Emma in order to meet the demand plan while avoiding excess or out of stock.
  • Manage inventory balance across the supply chain, ensuring optimal stock levels and implementing action plans to address excess, prevent obsolescence, and avoid stockouts.
  • Develop bi-weekly inventory projections and reports to monitor stock health, highlight risks and opportunities, and provide visibility on warehouse capacity.
  • Define inventory targets and design strategies to achieve them, aligning with commercial and demand teams to support sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with production, commercial, and demand teams to align product launches, and key event initiatives.
  • Conduct scenario analyses and lead cross‑functional planning to support decision‑making.

What we need:

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in Demand forecasting, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Business planning or similar lines of work
  • You are a communicative team player and have very good English skills
  • Highly adaptive and agile to market volatilities and evolving business development plans
  • You understand, Inventory Management, Demand & Supply, Distribution Planning Process, Re-order point planning, DRP Distribution Planning
