A manufacturing company in Mexicali is seeking an experienced Engineer to optimize production processes and resolve technical issues. Responsibilities include identifying improvement opportunities, monitoring production standards, and collaborating with teams. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of engineering experience, knowledge of PLC and VB programming, and be familiar with manufacturing methodologies like Kaizen and 5S. An advanced level of English is required for this role.

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience as an Engineer.
• Knowledge of PLC and programming VB is preferred.
• Experience with manufacturing methodologies like Kaizen and 5S is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities for improvement in existing manufacturing processes.
• Monitor production processes to ensure they meet established standards.
• Assist in resolving technical problems during production.
• Optimize resources such as materials and production equipment.
• Prepare reports and documentation for improvements.
