Formación

Responsibilities
  • Analyze manufacturing processes to enhance safety, quality, and throughput.
  • Perform engineering tasks including analysis, design, development, and testing.
  • Investigate technical problems and establish corrective actions.
  • Support production during process/equipment start-ups, defining action plans and training.
  • Contribute to Operations Daily Management Meetings and solve key issues.
  • Evaluate and implement new process technologies for cost reduction and productivity.
  • Lead testing activities, approval criteria, and external provider choices.
  • Define and execute Capital Expenditure (Capex) initiatives.
Your Background
  • Bachelor\'s degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Visa authorization for travel to the United States.
  • Prefer lean manufacturing training and experience with Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification preferred, but not required.
