Formación

  • Experience managing relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management is a plus.
  • Experience working in IT, marketing, or advertising will be a plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Build strong relationships with partners through regular communication.
  • Provide training and presentations on products and motivational plans.
  • Assist existing partners with prompt replies.
  • Collaborate with teams to fulfill customers' demands.

Customer Success Manager position

The successful candidate enjoys social interactions, data analysis and has a "can do" attitude.

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for the loyalty and business results for a portfolio of our affiliate partners (B2B).

Essential skills
  • English language proficiency - intermediate level and higher (recruitment process may be held in English)
  • Spanish language proficiency
  • Portuguese will be a plus but not obligatory
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to details
  • Willingness and ability to address system-wide problems (systematic problem-solving)
  • Highly responsible and reliable, with a strong level of self‑awareness
  • Interest in improving customer satisfaction and strategy creation skills
Desirable experience
  • Experience of managing relationships with various partners and stakeholders (previous experience in customer service, sales representative, account management and similar is a plus)
  • Experience of working in IT, marketing, advertising or audit companies will be a plus
Key Responsibilities
  • Building high touch, consultative and strong relationships with partners portfolio through regular and open communications
  • Providing trainings and presentations on products, new features and motivational plans
  • Training new partners onboard
  • Assisting existing partners with prompt replies, helping them fully use the functionalities of the platform
  • Collaborating with various teams (e.G., Strategic BP, Growth, Support, Finance, Legal) across the company to ensure we fulfill customers' demand and help partners succeed in business development
  • Preparing recommendations for project performance improvement in response to the partner's feedback
