Role Summary

We are seeking an

Associate Director

with a minimum of 3 years of investment banking experience to join our high-performing advisory team.

This is a leadership role focused on deal execution, client interface, and mentorship of junior talent.

You’ll quarterback M&A and capital advisory transactions across a diverse set of industries, with direct exposure to senior partners and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of live transactions (M&A, capital raising, strategic advisory)
• Oversee modeling, valuation, and deliverable preparation (IMs, teasers, CIMs, decks)
• Interface directly with clients, lawyers, counterparties, and internal stakeholders
• Manage workstreams during diligence, structuring, negotiations, and closing
• Mentor Analysts and Senior Analysts to drive high-quality output
• Contribute to idea generation and client development efforts

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of investment banking experience, ideally with cross-border exposure
• Advanced modeling and valuation capabilities (Excel, PowerPoint fluency required)
• Strong leadership and communication skills (Spanish and English fluency mandatory)
• Proven ability to manage deal processes and drive transactions to completion
• Located in Latin America or the United States, or willing to work remotely in EST / CST time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Latin America and the Caribbean markets
• Familiarity with sectors such as infrastructure, consumer, TMT, financial services, or industrials
• Background in private equity, corporate development, or restructuring a plus
