Global Commercial Analytics (GCA) leverages data to deliver insights that guide Pfizer’s most critical business decisions. IIS serves as a key analytics and strategic partner to the US SCBU Commercial Division. The Associate, Reporting & Insights supports the entire IIS organization through the development and delivery of KPI dashboards and standard reports, and supports delivery and deployment of CEP reporting platforms (e.g. SMART). These deliverables and platforms are foundational to the day‑to‑day monitoring of business performance by IIS, Marketing, and Sales.

As a member of the IIS-CEP team, you will partner across IIS, marketing, and sales to interpret KPIs in the context of broader commercial and CEP performance. You will work closely with the Director, Data Strategy & Management to deliver solutions, ensuring adaptability, collaboration, and strong communication in a fast‑paced environment.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and deliver KPI dashboards and standard reports to support key Specialty Therapeutic Areas and brands in partnership with IIS, Marketing, and Sales leaders.
  • Leverage reports and dashboards to identify opportunities and gaps in strategy and tactical execution.
  • Support new and ongoing projects to ensure on‑time completion within budget and successful deployment.
  • Participate in, or lead, cross‑functional teams to design and implement reporting solutions fit for purpose to the therapeutic area of product.
  • Participate in, or lead, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of solutions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to bring forward potential solutions to meet strategic needs across IIS & Specialty Care and drive innovation in our go‑to‑market model.
  • Support ongoing development of IIS-CEP platforms (e.g. SMART) by gathering requirements, maintaining request trackers, updating platform change management and prioritizing tasks.
  • Document business requirements and processes to ensure solutions meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Assist in training new users and diagnosing and resolving bugs and issues, raising to the relevant support teams and tracking resolution.
  • Maintain library reports and SMART‑related documentation (job aids, training materials).
  • Create ad‑hoc reports using source data from Snowflake or via smart discovery templates.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • STEM majors with quantitative emphasis such as Actuarial Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Economics or Engineering.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Analytics, statistics, and/or database knowledge and experience using tools, applications or platforms.
  • Understanding of SQL, Python, R, or similar object‑oriented programming languages.
  • Experience with business intelligence, analytics, reporting and data transformation.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including strategic thinking, problem solving and measurement of impact.
  • Ability to synthesize data into meaningful insights to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Capable of describing caveats in data or models and how they relate to business questions.
  • Strong communication, presentation and storytelling skills, including use of PowerPoint, to translate complex data into concise insights for diverse audiences.
  • Collaborative team player who can manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Results‑oriented with a strong work ethic and passion for innovation and excellence.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Recent experience in healthcare life sciences (pharma preferred) and ecosystem professional industry experience; commercial or marketing experience is a plus.
  • Experience managing secondary data and knowledge of pharma datasets such as IQVIA.
  • Understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
  • Ability to partner with cross‑functional teams (Commercial, Sales, Operations) to execute brand tactics.
  • Experience designing and building complex dashboards using data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik or similar.
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

Up to 10% travel required for team meetings, sales meetings, field rides, alliance meetings, etc.
