A dynamic sales organization is looking for a proactive Inside Sales Executive to support their Sales Team in managing customer communications, preparing quotations, and tracking sales opportunities. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations and enhancing customer experience, with responsibilities that include monitoring billables and backlog performance. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and strong communication skills, with an advantage for those experienced in sales support and familiar with CRM tools.

Formación

  • Experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, or Customer Service is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsabilidades

  • Prepare accurate and timely sales quotations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups.
  • Monitor New Business Opportunities (NBOs) and support conversion to Purchase Orders.
  • Coordinate with Sales Engineers and Operations for updates.
  • Support in planning strategies to achieve sales targets.
