More about the role

We are looking for a passionate engineer with NPI and manufacturing processes experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to light the way as an Industrial Engineer in Cienega de Flores with Signify.

• This role is responsible for introducing new products in Production Units and setting up optimized processes and equipment.
• Creates conditions to succeed in the marketplace through fast and efficient NPIs (time to market) and highly efficient production (zero defect, target output). Develops standards supporting the production system.
• Ensures optimized product designs (DfMA) by representing manufacturing in product development and maintenance project teams, e.g., APC (Architecture & Platform Creation), NPDL (New Product Development & Launch), ETO (Engineering to Order), LCM (Life Cycle Management).
• Acts as project leader for improvements in production and documentation.
• Creates and maintains technical conditions to prevent production disruptions.
