Human Capital business, Operations Sr. Analyst

We are seeking a Human Capital business, Operations Sr. Analyst to join our North America Health Solutions Operations team and work in a hybrid work arrangement!

This opportunity is pivotal in building and implementing a new end-to-end contract life cycle process to support our client facing consulting teams and Account Executives. The role works in conjunction with our legal, compliance, data privacy and finance areas to ensure our client contracts are negotiated, implemented and executed in the most efficient way while mitigating business risks. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication and partnering skills, an orientation towards continuous process improvement and the ability to learn quickly.

What the day will look like.
  • Contract Drafting and Documentation Maintenance: Partner with Account Executives and Commercial client leaders to track and manage the contract lifecycle, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company. Partner with legal, procurement, finance, risk management, and data privacy teams to coordinate contract approvals. Identify potential risks in contract terms and conditions. Generate regular reports on operation status, performance metrics and compliance, please note, this is not an admin role.
  • Team Collaboration: Join a collaborative and high-performance operations team to focus on drafting and reviewing benefits contracts. Implement strategies to optimize the contract lifecycle process, from initial contract review to execution and renewal. Ensure alignment of contract management practices with the company’s strategic goals and objectives. Address and resolve any concerns, issues or disputes which may arise during the contract period.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Follow through with the contract operations SOP , Partner with internal Legal & Compliance teams to ensure all contracts align with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Build and maintain a robust contract management database and tracking system for efficient monitoring, reporting, and renewal management. Conduct regular audits and assessments of contract performance and compliance.
  • Improvement In Execution, Technology, and Innovation: Continuously assess and improve contract management processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness. Implement standard methodologies and innovative solutions to streamline contract workflows and reduce cycle times.
  • Team Training and Collaboration: Create training materials and provide training to team members on contract management processes and best practices.

Skills and experience that will lead to success.
  • Hands‑on experience of 3‑5 years of work experience in a commercially focused operations role, ideally within the Healthcare or Employee Benefits Industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Exposure to operations processing to ensure clarity, accuracy and compliance of benefits contracts from initiation through execution and closure.
  • Operational risk analysis in relation to contract strategy.
  • Experience with analysis of the financial aspects of contracts to optimize operational and financial performance.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, while staying focused on expected outcomes.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively with partners at all levels.
  • High proficiency level capabilities with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Smartsheet in a business setting.
  • BI experience is desireable

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position XXX (ARL 6-7) annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in Aon’s annual incentive plan in addition to base salary. The amount of any varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
