Una importante empresa cervecera en Monterrey busca un Planning Lead para liderar los procesos de planificación E2E en la Región de las Américas. El candidato ideal debe contar con una licenciatura o maestría, además de 4-5 años de experiencia en planificación de cadena de suministro y dominio del inglés. Se valoran habilidades analíticas, proactividad y capacidad de resolución de problemas. La empresa promueve un entorno inclusivo y respetuoso con el medio ambiente.

Formación

• 4-5 años de experiencia en planificación de cadena de suministro, incluyendo S&OP.
• Excelentes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para interpretar datos.
• Autonomía y mentalidad orientada a la resolución de problemas.

Responsabilidades

• Responsable de los procesos de planificación operativa y táctica para la región de las Américas.
• Colaborar con el gerente S&OP local para discutir demanda y suministro.
• Asegurar que los procesos de gobernanza de planificación estén implementados.

Sub Function: Supply Chain - Customer, Logistics and Distribution
Type of Contract: Permanent

As Planning Lead you will be responsible for the E2E Planning processes for the OpCos in Americas Region, including Demand Planning, Production Planning, Imports & Replenishment Planning.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible of E2E Supply Chain Operational (Short-Term) & Tactical (Mid & Long-Term) Planning Processes for OpCos in Americas Region.
• Participate as a key contributor and stakeholder in OpCo S&OP Cycle and work in close collaboration with local S&OP Manager as main source of Insights/data/information for all Demand &Supply discussion.
• Ensure and monitor that the defined Planning Governance Framework and Ways of Working between Regional HUB and local Planning team are embedded within the OpCos org. & processes.
• Close day-to-day collaboration with OpCo Planning team to ensure execution according to plan and follow-up on Demand & Supply KPIs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor´s or Master´s degree.
• 4-5 years of experience inSupply Chain areas: Demand & Supply Planning, Replenishment & Inventory Planning, Materials Requirement Planning (MRP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
• Excellent written and conversational English.
• Very self-driven with a high problem-solving mindset. Proactiveness is critical. High learning agility and curiosity.
• Excellent analytical skills, as well as use/interpretation of figures and data. Good business sense.
