A prestigious luxury goods company in Veracruz seeks an HR Operations Coordinator responsible for managing HR processes and analytics. This role requires collaboration with business partners to support hiring and onboarding, manage employee lifecycles in Workday, and conduct data reporting. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, 4–5 years of experience in HR, and be bilingual in English and Spanish. Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel are essential.

Formación

  • 4–5 years of job experience, preferably in a human resources department.
  • Excellent time management, planning and organizing skills.
  • Good quality control ability; demonstrated accuracy and thoroughness in work output.

Responsabilidades

  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Manage termination processes and exit interviews.
  • Maintain HR data accuracy in Workday.
  • Identify areas of opportunity in HR processes.
  • Create projects to improve operational efficiency.
  • Conduct HR KPIs & data reporting.

Conocimientos

Proficient in Microsoft Word
Proficient in Excel
Bilingual (English / Spanish)
Knowledge of HR Operations & Analytics
Overall knowledge of State and Federal labor laws

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Administration, HR, or similar field
