HR Director – TechnologyThe Tech HR Director will be responsible for leading the full human resources strategy for all technology functions within the organization, ensuring the growth, development, and retention of top technical talent.

This role will be essential in building high-performing teams, strengthening a culture of innovation, and aligning people practices with business needs and the company's digital evolution.This position will collaborate closely with CTOs, CIOs, engineering leaders, and executive stakeholders to build a scalable, diverse, and future‑ready organization.

Responsibilities- Define and execute the HR strategy for Technology teams, fully aligned with organizational goals.

  • Lead talent attraction, retention, and development programs for engineering, product, data, cybersecurity, and IT operations.
  • Design and implement performance management, career paths, and succession planning frameworks.
  • Partner with tech leadership to forecast talent needs and strengthen organizational capabilities.
  • Promote a strong organizational culture focused on engagement, well-being, and diversity & inclusion (DEI) .
  • Manage vendors (recruitment agencies)- Oversee organizational design, compensation structures, HR policies, and talent KPIs across tech functions.
  • Supervise specialized Tech Talent Acquisition processes, ensuring quality hires and efficient time-to-fill.
  • Implement and optimize HR Tech solutions (ATS, HRIS, LMS, engagement and analytics platforms).
  • Leverage People Analytics to drive data-based decision making and workforce planning.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on people management, leadership, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure full compliance with labor regulations and HR best practices.
  • Drive cultural change, digital transformation initiatives, and organizational scalability.
  • Hard SkillsExperience in the Area- 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years leading HR functions for Technology teams.
  • Strong background supporting engineering, software development, IT operations, or data organizations.
  • Expertise in organizational design, talent acquisition, talent development, compensation & benefits, labor compliance, and cultural transformation .
  • Proven track record partnering with senior technical leaders (CTO, CIO, VP Engineering).
  • Hands‑on experience with HR Tech tools (ATS, HRIS, LMS, people analytics platforms).
  • Experience with People Analytics or data‑driven HR is a strong plus.
  • Highly desirable certifications : SHRM‑SCP, PHR, Executive Coaching, Agile HR, or similar.
  • Soft Skills- Strong and inspiring leadership, capable of building high‑performance cultures.
  • Clear, compelling communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a people‑centric approach and strong analytical mindset.
  • Adaptability to fast‑paced, innovative, and evolving environments.
  • Exceptional influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
