As Central America – Hire to Retire leader, you will belong to the largest HR Shared Services in a private company as Walmart 230,000 employees in the region. You will manage Personnel Administration and system transactions efforts to handle remote services for five countries such as Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador y Nicaragua. The position will be based on Mexico City, will lead transactional efforts for up to 35,000 associates and leading roughly 15+ resources. Furthermore, will manage strategic partnerships with People (Human Resources) team acting as strategic liaison for service delivery. This role requires HR Expertise. Preferred SAP Success Factor or HR-ERPs knowledge, not mandatory.
