High-end Business and Client Development Senior Manager
Overview
The role is responsible to guide, manage, coordinate and develop the High Jewelry & Haute Horlogerie business and client portfolio locally.
Responsibilities
- Define High Jewels & Haute Horlogerie events / sales planning, working with central departments.
- Define the commercial strategy for the High Jewelry & Haute Horlogerie products in terms of sales performance, target, channels and client portfolio management.
- Leverage on client portfolio analysis to set local clienteling objectives and priorities, adapting central strategy at local level.
- Oversee the definition of personalized annual client journey plans leveraging all touchpoints for our top 4 HE segments.
- Ensure main HE clienteling targets / KPIs are met at market level, store level and HECM level in the region.
- Revise and approve the product assortment proposal per area / country.
- Supervise network's spot requests and special orders providing sales directions.
- Drive the High Jewelry & Haute Horlogerie team, providing advice, coaching and training.
- Drive and monitor the HE Club results with actions to motivate, develop and improve performance of this group.
- Interact and build relationships with HE clients acting as an ambassador of our HE creations.
Qualifications
Profile / Education
University Degree from a leading institution.
Languages
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Professional Experience & Know How
At least 15+ yrs of sales management experience in a renowned Jewelry company.
