A leading payment solutions firm in Mexico is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to drive B2B business development. The role involves identifying new clients, executing marketing strategies, and exceeding sales targets while enhancing customer relationships. Successful candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of sales experience in fintech or related industries, with proficiency in Spanish and either English or Mandarin. Role Overview

As a rapidly expanding global leader in intelligent payment solutions, Wiseasy is proactively seeking talented and driven Sales Managers to join our dynamic team in LATAM. Are you a highly motivated and results‑oriented bilingual professional with a proven track record in B2B business development within the fast‑paced payment ecosystem? Do you thrive in a global environment and deeply understand the payment, POS, PSP, ISV, or SaaS landscape?

Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and secure new clients within assigned regions, building strong, long‑lasting relationships to maximize solution sales and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Organize and execute localized marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and enhance brand visibility.
  • Consistently surpass sales targets through strategic planning, effective execution, proactive account management, and ensuring Wiseasy’s solutions align with market needs and achieve strong product‑market fit.
  • Lead engagement with existing and potential clients and stakeholders, including owners, partners, banks, government bodies, etc.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable B2B sales experience within the fintech, payments, POS, ODM, OEM, SaaS, ISV, or PSP industry.
  • Proven experience working effectively in cross‑functional and culturally diverse teams within a global organization.
  • Excellent proficiency in Spanish is a must.
  • Proficiency in either English and/or Mandarin is a must.
