A leading telecommunications company in Xico, Veracruz is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead the quality team. The role involves implementing quality plans, conducting internal audits, and ensuring compliance with standards. Candidates should have a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, certification in Quality, and experience in quality management. As head of the quality team, he advises, assures, implements quality plans, standardizes methods of inspection, testing and evaluation of products and processes, according to drawings, specifications and customer requirements, ensures the performance of internal audits of operational and administrative processes, using the necessary instructions, methods and formats, standardizes criteria for acceptance of attribute characteristics, analyzes the results of internal process audits, initiates and advises methods of problem solving and follows up on the actions generated for the improvement of product quality.
