A leading QSR brand is seeking a Head of Marketing for Mexico to drive innovative marketing strategies, manage a $2M advertising budget, and enhance collaboration with franchisees. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in brand marketing, fluency in English and Spanish, and a Bachelor's degree. The role primarily involves remote work, with potential travel to support locations.
The Head of Marketing for Mexico will provide marketing thought leadership by developing strategies that include annual brand plans, creative strategy, and consumer engagement while achieving growth in sales/transactions. They are responsible for driving innovative marketing programs, data‑driven insights, and integrative campaigns across digital and traditional channels. They lead the Mexico advertising budget inclusive of full‑service advertising agency and paid media budget of approximately $2M USD. The Head of Marketing – Mexico is accountable for development of marketing calendar, consumer insights, product line innovation, pricing strategies and brand sponsorships. They will lead and collaborate with cross‑functional partners to deliver project initiatives. They are a key marketing partner to Franchisees developing business relationships while driving alignment and marketing initiatives at the local level.
It is expected that you will primarily perform work remotely. You may be asked to travel, as needed, to the Wendy’s Restaurant Support Center (RSC) (1 Dave Thomas Blvd, Dublin, OH 43017), or to other location(s) as designated by the Company. Changes to work location arrangements are subject to managerial approval and business needs.
