In this role, you will lead the marketing and brand strategy across the Americas, shaping market positioning and driving demand for a fast-growing tech consultancy. You will be responsible for elevating brand authority while generating high-quality leads and aligning campaigns with commercial objectives. The position involves managing multi-channel marketing initiatives, from digital and social media to events and partnerships, while fostering a cohesive and consistent brand presence. You will collaborate closely with sales, delivery, and customer success teams to ensure campaigns translate into measurable business impact. This is a strategic and hands‑on role where creativity, data‑driven decision‑making, and leadership skills are essential. You will have the opportunity to influence growth, reputation, and market perception across a diverse, international client base.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute regional marketing and brand strategies that drive awareness, demand, and market positioning.
  • Lead Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns and multi‑channel demand generation efforts, focusing on high‑quality leads.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms, including websites, social media, and external review sites.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create authoritative content such as whitepapers, case studies, blogs, and thought leadership materials.
  • Support sales enablement by providing pitch decks, one‑pagers, and other tools to align marketing efforts with commercial goals.
  • Oversee marketing operations, including CRM management, lead scoring, workflow design, and campaign analytics.
  • Manage budgets, report on key KPIs (CAC, ROI, MQL‑to‑SQL conversion, sales velocity), and continuously optimize marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in strategic B2B marketing, preferably in tech or consulting environments.
  • Advanced skills in HubSpot CRM, including workflows, lead scoring, and performance attribution.
  • Strong understanding of B2B funnel metrics, paid media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads), SEO strategy, and digital reputation platforms.
  • Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and decision‑making abilities.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills, particularly for C‑level and technical audiences.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience managing cross‑functional collaboration and high‑performing teams.
  • Advanced English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
