An international automotive supplier in Irapuato, Guanajuato is seeking a Head of Maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and manage all maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and extensive experience in maintenance management. This role offers a chance to drive continuous improvement and lead a dedicated team in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Strong experience in maintenance management within manufacturing.
• Knowledge of TPM, Lean, and preventive maintenance systems.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Analytical, results-driven, and collaborative.
• Proficient in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage all maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability.
• Implement and oversee TPM, preventive, and autonomous maintenance systems.
• Plan and optimize resources, budget, and spare parts management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams.
• Develop and support maintenance staff through training.
