A leading vacation rental management firm seeks a Business Development Sales representative in Mexico to grow its portfolio by selling property management services to homeowners. Responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, understanding homeowner needs, and guiding prospects through the sales process. The candidate should have proven sales experience, strong communication skills, and be comfortable working remotely while traveling as needed within the region. Competitive compensation is offered.

Formación

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in vacation rentals, hospitality, real estate, or property management.
  • Demonstrated success managing a structured sales pipeline and closing new business.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach, including calls, emails, and in-person visits.

Responsabilidades

  • Generate and manage a pipeline of prospective homeowners through inquiries, outreach, referrals, and networking.
  • Qualify leads, understand homeowner needs and propose management solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and guide prospects through the sales process.
