A leading electronics company in Mérida is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to manage recruiting functions, including job descriptions and employee benefits programs. The ideal candidate should have strong bilingual skills in English and Spanish, along with 2-3 years of recruiting experience and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. This role offers a competitive salary of 20,000 to 29,000 MXN per month along with several benefits.

Servicios

Bonus up to 17% or 25%, depending on level and experience

• 2-3 years of experience in recruiting is preferable.
• Good understanding of full cycle recruiting.
• Solid knowledge of labor legislation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage job descriptions and compensation analysis.
• Screen interviews and recruit candidates.
• Organize training and development programs.
• Promote and advertise job openings.

Conocimientos

Fluent in English and Spanish

Interviewing and evaluation skills

Excellent verbal and written skills

Computer literate (MS Office, HR softwares)

Ability to learn and adapt

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology or Humanities

Any HR certification is a plus
