• Job Description

This role is to support the execution of the short to midterm marketing commercialization strategy and support Associate Manager in everyday work for Pest Control.

Activities include :

• Collaborate with sales, customer marketing team and supply for product listing, brand presentations, market competitor analysis and launches.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Support short to mid-term Marketing Commercialization strategy implementation for assigned brands, country
• Support preparation for brand business reviews
• Support the commercialization process of NPD (New product development) & lead the trademark registration process
• Prepare the data & analysis for assumptions for Major Expenditure Authorization

Consumer Communication

• Support execution of media strategy with support from the manager
• Lead and drive artwork preparation & changes
• Leads barcode management, label change & pricing maintenance
• Own Step 1 & 2 - share analytics
• Collaborate with Sales & Customer Marketing team to drive execution of Sales & Trade promotions
• Track sales, market shares & NPD performance
• Provide analysis and data required to form the pricing strategy
• Work closely with Customer marketing team & Sales team on excellence executions

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies :

• Bachelor degree
• Previous internship in marketing or costumer marketing is a plus.
