Una institución educativa destacada en Hermosillo busca un Profesor Full-Time en Ciencias de la Computación para enseñar cursos de pregrado y posgrado en Inteligencia Artificial. Se requieren al menos 7 años de experiencia en la industria y 5 años en enseñanza. Ofrecemos beneficios de calidad que promueven el bienestar emocional y desarrollo profesional.

Formación

  • Ph.D. en Tecnologías Computacionales, Tecnologías de la Información o Inteligencia Artificial.
  • 7 años de experiencia en la industria en desarrollo de estrategias de consultoría.
  • 5 años de experiencia docente en informática.
  • Dominio avanzado del inglés (mínimo B2).

Responsabilidades

  • Impartir cursos de pregrado y posgrado en Inteligencia Artificial.
  • Apoyar proyectos de estudiantes y investigación en el departamento.
  • Participar en proyectos estratégicos con socios del departamento.

Full-Time Professor in Computer Science

Location: Hermosillo Campus

What will you do?
Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in the area of Artificial Intelligence for solution development, adhering to the stipulated institutional quality standards and creating spaces for students to actively and responsibly participate in the construction and evaluation of their learning. Additionally, support student projects and directed research/consulting assigned to the Computer Science Department.

- Teach undergraduate courses with academic quality standards and the principles of the Tec 21 Educational Model, complying with academic-administrative regulations in a timely manner.

- Stay competent in the use of technology to support teaching and enrich student learning.

- Develop and support the strategic projects of the Department in the areas of consulting, student engagement, and business linkage to enhance the positioning of the programs directly or indirectly served by the department.

- Participate in committees, academies, or projects at the department, division, campus, or system level as required, and engage in collaborative activities with colleagues in an active and professional manner.

Your main challenges will be:

- Impacting undergraduate and graduate students with ECOAS scores above 9.0 in the areas of Video Games, Computer Graphics, Programming, and Software Development.

- Developing relevant research aligned with the objectives of the Computer Science Department.

- Participating in projects with strategic partners in the Regional Computer Science Department.

- Engaging in initiatives from the Computer Science Department CSF.

What are we looking for?
- A Ph.D. in Computational Technologies, Information Technologies, Artificial Intelligence, or related disciplines.
- At least 7 years of industry experience to develop consulting strategies in the areas of graphics, programming, and software development.
- At least 5 years of teaching experience in subjects related to Computer Science.
- Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 score or 600 TOEFL points).
