A leading transfer service provider is looking for a Fleet Key Account Manager in Mexico. You will develop strong partnerships with fleet partners, handle contract negotiations, and ensure effective communication. This role requires a bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years in procurement, along with negotiation and data analysis skills. The position offers full-time employment with the flexibility of remote work, a dynamic environment, and a salary paid in local currency plus commission.

We are continuously expanding and seeking passionate professionals to join our talent pipeline for future opportunities for a Fleet Key Account Manager located in Mexico, to manage business relations with our Taxi and Limousine Fleet Partners network across LATAM region.

Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key fleet partners.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all account-related matters, ensuring effective communication and understanding of fleet requirements.
  • Strategic Account Planning : Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement strategic account plans tailored to each fleet customer’s needs and integrate them in Talixo systems.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Contract Negotiation and Management : Shortlist potential new partner fleets, make cold calls to acquire new leads, and qualify leads.
  • Establishing a network of partnerships and negotiating deals across your region and your product line.
  • Onboarding and training of new fleets.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting : Utilise data and analytics to track key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations to enhance fleet services and quality.
  • Prepare regular reports for fleets, highlighting performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Market Intelligence : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify opportunities and potential risks.
  • Close collaboration with other Departments (Sales, Tech, Operations) to improve processes, and procedures and further develop our IT system and tools.
  • This role will be reporting to Regional Head of Fleet, located within European time zone.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the procurement field.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with intercultural experience.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and trend identification to drive informed business decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to approach problem-solving in a structured manner, showcasing independence and creativity.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English – C1.

Salary structure : monthly salary base + commission.

Remote work allowance - 150 MXN.
