In the Finance division, our reporting and controlling teams are working on tasks like asset management, financial integration of mergers and acquisitions, as well as USGAAP reporting.

How you'll make your mark

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional finance areas to shift from a current state to a desired future state.
• Lead and coordinate project team members to achieve and deliver tasks.
• Determine and agree MOC strategy including stakeholders management, Change Impact Analysis, training and communications requirements.
• Coach and lead the teams in order to achieve goals and timelines.
• Implement control and reporting structures for project monitoring as well as risk assessment and change management according to defined governance methods and standard processes.
• Conduct status reviews with project teams and managers on a regular basis.

About you

• Good at partnering, innovating, and making things happen.
• Lead cross functional teams to develop training materials and explaining how new programs will drive positive process improvements.
• First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) preferred.
• Experienced in leading and coordinating cross functional teams, as well as in conflict and risk management.
• Responsible, confident and highly motivated with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Superior teamwork skills.
• Strong project management skills (preferable holding a PMP certificate or equivalent).
• Strong business acumen.
• Typical experience in more than one finance function.
