As a Finance Data Lead, you will be responsible for automating all data reports from the Finance Area. You need to be passionate about Machine Learning Solutions, Artificial Intelligence automation, and optimization. This position is located in Mexico City, and you will report directly to the Finance Reporting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end analytical reports with technology, transforming our reporting processes to automate them based on the needs of Latin America Finance Areas.
• Implement Business Intelligence tools and dashboard reports.
• Develop and analyze reports and dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or MS Fabric.
• Restructure financial data from sources like Oracle, SAP, HFM, and Anaplan, identifying and resolving inconsistencies.
• Integrate cross-functional data (sales, marketing, finance, supply chain) into unified business deliverables to improve forecasts.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in multinational companies in Business Intelligence, Performance Management, Reporting, or Data Analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in Math, Computer Science, Economics/Econometrics, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or Statistics.
• Proficiency in English is a key requirement.
• Advanced knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, SAP), MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Python, and SQL.
