You support our team as FFT_ Trainee Production

Responsibilities

• Manage the staff under his/her supervision by assigning tasks according to their position.
• Communicate the key priorities of the day to the personnel under your supervision.
• Assign, negotiate, and approve the corresponding permissions or vacations for your staff.
• Generate Open Eyes reports for unsafe conditions and provide Coaching for unsafe acts.
• Train the staff under your supervision in production processes, documents, and methods that apply to each product.
• Assign the number of personnel indicated in the work instructions to each model to ensure the required resources for each product/process.
• Ensure that each production line under your supervision has everything necessary to carry out production (Raw Materials, Work Instructions, Production Parameters, Tools, Consumables, Labels, Fixtures, Inspection Instructions, Visual Aids, Product Samples, Product and Process Specifications, etc.).
