This Position reports to: Facility Manager

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be a key member of the Real Estate function in the given geography/specialized area. Each day, you will deliver to improve the efficiency, performance, and cost-effective service delivery by the function, by analyzing, proposing, supporting in the implementation of the plan of actions. You will also showcase your expertise by recommending changes to system functionality and supporting the systems implementation/upgrade in your area of functional responsibility.

This role is contributing to the E lectrification business i n Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Participating in defining, implementing, and continuously optimizing processes, procedures, and action plans for improvement, within area of functional responsibility, in alignment with the group guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Recommending, developing, and assisting in the implementation of special programs, in your area of functional specialty.
• Providing support for special real estate initiatives.
• Ensuring accurate and up-to-date maintenance of ABB owned/leased/rented property databases and other relevant records.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
• 2+ years of experience in similar roles as a facilities specialist.
• Experience in facilities supervision and management of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Knowledge of maintenance management software (PM10, Prisma, PM Pro).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and experience with SAP and/or Oracle.
• Intermediate level of English.
